Key Responsibilities

Staffing Support:

    • Working closely with the staffing manager to organize and disseminate staffing details (schedules, assignments, etc.) to part-time staff. This requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assisting with data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping.
    • Managing game reports, which likely involves collecting, organizing, and potentially analyzing game-related information.
    • Handling Staff inquiries, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Assisting with scheduling, which demands excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Performing general administrative work, which could include tasks like filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Helping to inventory T-shirts, ensuring accurate tracking of merchandise.
  • League Support:
    • Helping out at leagues during the week. This could involve various tasks on-site, such as setup, registration assistance, customer service, or general support to ensure smooth operations.
  • League Administration:
    • Assisting with league audits and evaluations. This likely involves reviewing documentation, processes, and potentially observing league operations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

This role appears to be a multifaceted support position within a sports or recreational organization, requiring a highly organized and adaptable individual who can contribute to various aspects of the operation.

Qualifications

  • Must be in NYC area and be able to come to our office 3-5 Days a week. Our office is located in Manhattan.
  • Must have some college or be in college
