Summary:

We’re seeking a caring, professional, and dependable Part-Time Dietician to join our team at The Meadows Center for Nursing and Healing in Florida. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and implementing nutrition programs that meet the needs of our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met in accordance with their care plans. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting the overall well-being and health of our residents.

Responsibilities of the Dietician:

  • Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans.
  • Provide counseling and education to residents and their families on nutrition-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for residents.
  • Review and analyze food service operations to ensure compliance with dietary guidelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition care plans.
  • Ensure that all food service operations comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements for the Dietician:

  • Must be a Registered Dietician (RD) with a valid Florida state license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is a plus.
