Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide information about available vehicles and their features
• Conduct test drives
• Discuss payment option with guests
• Follow up with sold guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
• Upsell additional products and services to customers
  
  
  

Skills:

• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service
• Knowledge of dealership operations and processes
• Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and financing options
• Familiarity with inventory control systems
• Understanding of retail math principles for pricing and profit margins
• Ability to upsell and promote additional products or services
• Experience in outside sales is advantageous
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR check.
• Ability to multi-task between day-to-day and training courses.
