Part Time Front Desk Legal Assistant (Leesburg, VA)
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a logical and organized individual who is able to handle a steady stream of interruptions without losing track of their other tasks. This person handles external stress well (situational and relational) and can maintain a courteous and professional demeanor under pressure. The ideal candidate should be generally outgoing and enjoy customer service and serving others. The ideal candidate is a team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Helpful Skills (not required):
The position is open for a part time employee working 8:30AM - 12:30PM, with opportunity for growth. Pay is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

- Scanning, copying, faxing documents
- Preparing mailings
- Typing letters and documents
- Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager
