Job Description:
Saab, Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Support Professional to join the IT Support Team and be responsible for:
- Provide technical support in an enterprise IT environment.
- Administer and optimize unified endpoint management (UEM) systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows-based computers and Active Directory systems.
- Create and manage group policies.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
- Address moderately difficult assignments, applying judgment to resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues (TCP/IP, routing, VPN).
- Communicate technical information effectively across diverse audiences.
- Recommend, implement, and maintain hardware and software solutions.
- Contribute to IT infrastructure projects.
- Conducting training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Overnight Travel 10%
- Associate’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related discipline. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with configuring/troubleshooting Windows-based computers in an enterprise environment with Active Directory.
- Experience administering Microsoft-365
- Experience administering device management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Network knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, VPN)
- Excellent Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service follow-up skills
