Opportunity!

We have a current opportunity for a Maintenance Technician at our Menomonee Falls facility.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks within the office and manufacturing areas.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, rebuild, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production and services areas.
• Diagnose the machine and overhaul troublesome components and attachments to involve dismantling, inspection, machining, or replacement of purchased parts
• Rebuild machines and overhaul troublesome components and attachments to involve dismantling, inspection, machining, or replacement of purchased parts
• Perform skilled operations such as removal of belts for industrial equipment; and other various activities relative to the installation and relocation of existing machines and equipment to involve dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations.
• Conduct maintenance on the buildings, facilities, and grounds
• Assist in determining the nature and scope of forthcoming projects and the requirements for completion
• Ensure preventive maintenance on climate control equipment, Forklifts, and WAVES.
• Maintain required maintenance logs and files
• Perform routine housekeeping activities in the department and ensure adherence to established safety procedures and requirements
• Other tasks as defined
  
  

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Maintenance
• Computer experience with MS Office
• Hazmat certification
• Basic electrical, hydraulics, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC knowledge
• Welding experience is a plus
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
• Basic hand tools and sockets
• Valid Drivers license
• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
• Standing or walking the majority of the day
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and squatting regularly
