We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support both personal and professional needs. This hybrid role blends traditional assistant responsibilities with light content development and production support. You’ll help manage daily logistics, streamline operations, and support digital projects—playing a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role preferred.
  • Experience with childcare is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Google Drive, Notion, Trello, or similar.
  • Experience with content production or digital media is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and able to manage confidential information.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

What You’ll DoPersonal & Household Support

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and personal errands.
  • Coordinate household needs—vendors, deliveries, maintenance, etc.
  • Assist in preparing for the baby’s arrival (researching products, organizing purchases).
  • Provide occasional support with childcare (feeding, supervision, basic routines).
  • Arrange meals, travel, and thoughtful gifting as needed.

Content & Digital Organization

  • Maintain and organize digital content libraries (especially video).
  • Track deadlines, coordinate with editors and creatives, and support production workflows.
  • Help manage content calendars and ensure key dates stay on track.
  • Handle digital asset backups and folder structure for easy access.

Admin & Communication Support

  • Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and messages as needed.
  • Communicate on behalf of the team with professionalism and clarity.
  • Draft documents, notes, or reports to support ongoing projects.
  • Follow up on key deliverables and maintain accountability across priorities.
