We’re growing fast and looking for a seasoned Production Manager to lead operations at our Coral Springs facility.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing the assembly and fabrication of high-security, custom-engineered steel doors and windows. You’ll be managing a skilled crew and working closely with engineering, installation, and project management to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety across the board.
We want someone who thrives in a metalworking environment, understands steel fabrication, welding, and material flow, and knows how to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

The Role

You’ll be managing a skilled crew and working closely with engineering, installation, and project management to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety across the board.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the door and window production floor
- Supervise a team of welders, fabricators, and assembly technicians
- Ensure top-tier product quality and adherence to design specifications
- Manage material flow, inventory coordination, and outsourcing (e.g., powder coating)
- Collaborate with engineering and project managers on build schedules and technical requirements
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performance workplace
- Coach and mentor team members, enforce standards, and foster accountability
- 5–10+ years in metal fabrication, architectural manufacturing, or custom production
- Strong understanding of steel, welding, and assembly practices
- Demonstrated leadership managing skilled trades or technical teams
- Ability to read technical drawings and production documentation
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
- Experience in custom, high-tolerance fabrication preferred
- Strong work ethic, team mentality, and attention to detail
