About Us

We are a full-service infrastructure construction company with a California General A Contractor’s License and a dedicated in-house engineering team. Specializing in end-to-end telecommunications infrastructure—including underground utility work, copper and fiber-optic installation—we support major network builds and upgrades across Southern California. We are currently expanding our operations into the Santa Barbara and Oxnard areas and looking for strong leadership to support this growth.

Job Summary

As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee all on-site aspects of telecom infrastructure builds, including copper and fiber splicing, team coordination, safety compliance, and client communication. This role is based in the Santa Barbara and Oxnard areas. Candidates must be local to the area or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations for telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and manage field crews performing copper and fiber splicing.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret telecom blueprints, splicing schematics, and engineering plans.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or on-site issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure job quality and safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in telecom construction, with a strong background in copper and fiber splicing.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in the field.
• Knowledge of local and state construction safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and fiber/copper schematics.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be local to the Santa Barbara/Oxnard area or willing to relocate at own expense.
  
  

Preferred

• OSHA certification.
• BICSI or other relevant telecommunications certifications.
• Experience working with telecom carriers and utility companies.
