Who We Are
We are a textile recycling/manufacturing company located in Irvington, NJ specializing in Food Packaging for Shipping of Refrigerated and Frozen ingredients as well as the manufacturing of Mattress Components and Insulator Pads by recycling fibers.
HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, and willing to work OT and occasional Saturdays, if needed. Hours are 1st shift from 7:00am-3:30pm OR 2nd shift from 3:30pm-12:00am
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities)
The Line Worker will perform a variety of operational functions related to the manufacturing of CFT Quality Policy and Manufacturing Procedures including production, inspection, and packaging of finished goods. The Line Worker position is a union position.
1st shift, Monday-Friday, and willing to work OT and occasional Saturdays, if needed. Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm.
2nd shift, Monday-Friday, and willing to work OT and occasional Saturdays, if needed. Hours are 3:30pm-12:00am.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities)
The Line Worker will perform a variety of operational functions related to the manufacturing of CFT Quality Policy and Manufacturing Procedures including production, inspection, and packaging of finished goods. The Line Worker position is a union position.
- Perform a variety of manual labor related to production including, but not limited to, handling, repeated handling, push, pull, lift, and assembly. Using any machinery or equipment required to accomplish any designated assignment once training is provided.
- Load, unload, pack, and palletize goods up to 40lbs multiple times a day.
- May be required to operate fork truck once properly trained.
- Perform quality checks to ensure CFT standards and requirements are met.
- Maintain designated work area clean and follow good housekeeping practices.
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent desired but not required
- Previous experience in manufacturing a plus
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., multiple times a day
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended period.
- Forklift experience a plus
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.
- Read and understand product specifications.
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended period of time. The maximum consecutive time a worker might need to perform these tasks is 3 hours 15 minutes before a break period.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs daily, multiple times a day.
