Growth Operations Data Scientist
Growth Marketing Team
This is a 12 month, full-time (40 hours / week ), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA.
Summary
Join the Growth Marketing team as a Growth Operations Data Scientist, where you'll play a key role in driving performance and decision-making across the Services organization. You'll support operational strategy and campaign optimization by leveraging rich data environments, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Our Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role
Passion for marketing and growth strategies with a strong foundation in performance analysis, campaign evaluation, and operational optimization
Proficient in SQL, Python, and Tableau, with strong data visualization and analytical storytelling skills
Familiar with A/B testing, audience targeting, and customer segmentation methodologies
Skilled in collaborating with marketing, strategy, product, and engineering teams
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, strict deadlines, and evolving business needs
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
A curious self-starter with strategic thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset
Job Description
In this role, you will analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and increased operational efficiency within Services.
You’ll partner with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, and analytics teams to scope reporting needs, evaluate campaign performance, and develop strategic recommendations. This includes building dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and delivering executive-level presentations.
You will also support ongoing strategic initiatives and performance monitoring, helping the Growth Marketing team make data-informed decisions that drive impact.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Background in digital marketing, operations, or analytics in a high-growth environment
Preferred experience working with large-scale data systems and marketing attribution

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $72.00–$78.00 per hour
This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
