What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Guide and manage your Landscape/enhancements crews to ensure high-quality work, on-time completion, and efficient use of resources.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure the highest standards of Commercial Landscaping are met. Your attention to detail will keep our clients happy and our reputation solid.
• Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any needs or concerns in a proactive manner.
• Train & Develop: Mentor your team, ensuring they grow in their skills and reach new heights in their career.
• Safety & Equipment: Oversee daily inspections of equipment and trucks to ensure everything is in tip-top shape and ready for action.
• Keep Things Rolling: Stay on top of schedules, time management, and budget tracking while ensuring everything runs smoothly. Ordering materials/project management.
• Sales: Meet with clients about projects. Create & Send estimates.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in landscaping or lawn maintenance, with experience managing teams.
• Leadership: You lead by example, motivating your team with positivity and a strong work ethic.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers to manage schedules and track progress.
• Passion: A love for lawn care and for helping your team and clients succeed!
