Your role in our mission

• Work with a team to develop, deliver and maintain a high-impact and wide-reaching curriculum of live and recorded webinars, eLearning modules, and other learning offerings.
• Deliver live web-based and recorded eLearning training to internal audiences, clients, and to our clients’ audiences, and perform needs analysis as appropriate to determine training needs.
• Prepare lesson plans including developing and preparing training materials such as presentations, handouts, instructor guides, and audio-visuals.
• Gathers, reviews, and analyzes course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions. Prepares recommendations and reports to leadership/management.
• Participate in the development, updating, and delivery of a comprehensive annual Training Plan.
  
  

What we're looking for

• Experience working with training facilitation, adult learning, instructional design and training methodologies.
• Experienced in the healthcare industry in insurance, provider support, IT, and operations, as well as experienced in business analysis, project management, instructional design, and training delivery.
• Experience with audio and video editing software such as Camtasia, Captivate, and Adobe products.
• Strong technical writing skills including excellent spelling, proofreading, and editing skills.
  
  

Ability to work independently, create and/or follow project schedules, and adhere to internal timelines, client deadlines, and delivery deadlines

What you should expect in this role

• Must be a resident of the state of California.
• Primarily remote work. May occasionally report onsite for meetings, special training requests, or other business needs. The office is in West Sacramento.
• Reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required.
• Highly collaborative and interactive team and role.
• Accountability for individual work assignments and projects.
  
  

The pay range for this position is $69,100 - $98,700 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
