Manufacturing Engineer

Penmac Staffing is now hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for a local company. The ideal candidate must be a team player. This candidate must be able to multitask as well as be very detailed in their work habits. This is a full-time position. This position is Monday-Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm with mandatory overtime as needed throughout the week and/or on Friday. The average payrate is $18 per hour pending experience.

Duties

• Interpret customer drawings and specifications to develop the necessary processes and tooling needed
• Must have experience with mechanical and electronic assemblies
• Working with small parts
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  
  

Requirements

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering
• Experience with mechanical and electronic assemblies
• Must be proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD and Solidworks is preferred)
• Must have a good work history with at least 1 year of experience
• Must be able to work overtime if required
• Drug screen and background check required
