Sales Account Executive – Tire Guru (SaaS for Tire & Auto Repair Shops)

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Account Executive who is driven, energetic, and passionate about helping auto repair shops thrive. Your mission? Get prospective customers excited about Tire Guru, showcase our game-changing technology, and guide them through the sales process. If you love the thrill of sales, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales & Crush Quotas: Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, hitting and exceeding monthly targets.
- Engage & Connect: Make 200+ calls per week and build relationships with potential customers.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Conduct dynamic product demos that highlight the value of Tire Guru’s platform.
- Lead Qualification: Identify high-potential leads and advance them through the pipeline.
- Master Our Product & Industry: Become an expert in Tire Guru, our competitors, and industry trends (we’ll train you!).
- Expand Our Reach: Represent Tire Guru at industry trade shows and networking events.
- Optimize & Innovate: Continuously refine sales strategies and share ideas to improve processes.
- Keep Data Clean: Accurately update and maintain prospect info in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Leverage Technology: Utilize our powerful sales tech stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoom, Slack) to maximize efficiency.
What You'll Need:
- 2-4 years of proven software sales experience.
- A true hunter mentality—you love cold calling and chasing new business.
- Self-motivation, autonomy, and a drive to succeed.
- Strong professional ethics and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
