Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and creative Talent Sourcer / Talent Researcher to join our team in our Collierville, TN office. This role is critical to the success of every search engagement, with end-to-end responsibility for identifying, mapping, and nurturing exceptional talent across multiple functions and geographies. You will work closely with our Search Consultants and Operations team to ensure a best-in-class experience for candidates and clients.


Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation & Research

  • Own and execute pipeline generation strategy for all active search engagements.
  • Build comprehensive market maps identifying key talent within targeted industries and companies.
  • Conduct proactive research to identify talent pools, industry trends, and emerging roles relevant to client engagement
  • Create target lists of companies, prospects, and profiles aligned to each engagement’s requirements.


Candidate Outreach & Engagement

  • Execute candidate outreach campaigns with personalization and precision.
  • Cultivate relationships with both passive and active candidates.
  • Schedule candidate calls and support initial qualification conversations as needed.
  • Partner with the lead Search Consultant to continuously refine target profiles based on market response.


Pipeline Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of candidates in our ATS/CRM system.
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates for each engagement, highlighting progress, challenges, and market insights.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in reporting to drive strategic search decisions and keep clients informed.


Operational Support

  • Post and manage job descriptions on internal and external platforms.
  • Maintain the firm’s candidate database and ensure data hygiene and compliance.
  • Assist with the preparation of client materials, including candidate overviews and market summaries.


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of research experience, ideally in talent sourcing, talent research, or executive search.
  • Proficiency or possess the ability to gain proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo, and Boolean search.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with a strong ability to synthesize market intelligence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of ownership and follow-through.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
