The purpose of this position is to plan, organize, implement quality assurance audits, risk management evaluations, and compliance audits in compliance with federal, state and local regulations und the direction of the Director of Risk Management and appropriate to all levels of care offered, as well as the facility’s policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Able to work in a team setting and independently as well.
- A valid LPN License in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

- Perform audits for quality assurance and risk evaluation
- Evaluate resident and staff needs and suggest appropriate in-services to meet those needs
- Implement facility policies and procedures related to compliance and quality assurance
- Implement and monitor quality of care standards
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff members
- Chart audits and assessing staff competencies
- Support staff training
- Participate in new hire orientation
- Administering COVID-19 tests and tuberculous tests
- The starting pay rate for this position is competitive with yearly increases.
