What You’ll Do
As a CAD Technician at C.S. Davidson, you’ll be essential in turning engineering vision into a buildable reality. You’ll:
- Prepare high-quality drawings and design visuals across a range of civil engineering projects
- Use Civil 3D to create, update, and organize various technical construction drawing sets
- Collaborate closely with a design team to meet project goals and timelines
- Apply and uphold our firm’s drawing standards for clarity and precision
- Participate in field visits, assist with project documentation, and contribute to design discussions
What We’re Looking For In a CAD Technician
- Associate’s degree in drafting or a related field
- Experience in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software like Civil 3D
- A solid understanding of drawing layouts, project coordination, and drafting accuracy
