Qualifications

Highly motivated and able to multi-task while having a strong background in desking deals and strong closing skills.

Ability to train Product Specialist sales team to be proficient in the CRM software and make client appointments & follow up.

Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - before, during and after a sale.

Provides timely and accurate reports on all sales activities with team.

Ensure all departments are informed of all new inventory and current advertising efforts, including rebates and incentives.

Partner with the Finance and BDC Department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approach.

Other duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities

The Sales Manager must consistently and profitably meet vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team and by forecasting sales and maintaining proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types.

Meet monthly forecast sales volume & gross objectives.

Monitor inventory levels and days in stock.

Drive sales and produce results.

Train, and manage a high-performing customer focused team.

Sales Management Experience Is Required.
