Are you organized, friendly, and enjoy helping others? Monterey Care Center is looking for a caring and dependable person to join our team as a Resident Appointment Scheduler. In this part-time role, you’ll play an important part in helping our residents get to their medical and therapy appointments on time and with everything they need.

Are you organized, friendly, and enjoy helping others? Monterey Care Center is looking for a caring and dependable person to join our team as a Resident Appointment Scheduler. In this part-time role, you’ll play an important part in helping our residents get to their medical and therapy appointments on time and with everything they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for residents with doctors, dentists, therapists, and more
- Work closely with nursing staff, transportation, and families to coordinate schedules
- Keep accurate records and follow-up on upcoming or missed appointments
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents and their loved ones
- Help ensure our residents receive the care they need, when they need it
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a healthcare or administrative setting is a plus
- Comfortable using a computer and basic scheduling tools
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Someone who values respect, compassion, and confidentiality
