Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide product and service information to customers while addressing their questions and concerns.
- Document and track customer interactions using our internal systems to ensure efficient follow-up and resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating the issue, providing solutions, and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer interaction.
- Ability to handle calls in a professional manner and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with call center software and tools is preferred but not required.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
