Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience configuring and integrating ERP technology and systems implementations within the Mergers and Acquisitions domain (e.g., requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, etc.).
  • 8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of functional domain experience supporting merger and acquisitions within industries (e.g., finance, human resources, supply chain, etc.).
  • 5 years of technical integration and configuration experience in enterprise level CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce, SAP, etc., and domain and system experience in Payroll areas).
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions, divestitures, and data migration processes.

You listen to and translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. The Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team is deeply knowledgeable about GCBP Systems, data models, extensibility principles, and available APIs. With that expertise the team provides recommended point of views to product and platform teams on M&A technical solution architecture and technical solutions that leverage the GCBP Platform capabilities; where relevant, recommends extending them in alignment with GCBP strategy and roadmap.

You will listen to and translate the acquired companies commercial and/or business model differentiators into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems, and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether driving large system processes or leveraging our suite of Google Cloud's first-party products for Googlers themselves, you will help Google integrate acquired companies faster, and enable those Googlers to work faster and more efficiently.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Analyze processes, manage data migration, partner with Business teams, identify opportunities for improvement, define system requirements, and collaborate cross-functionally and globally to improve mergers, acquisitions and divestitures processes.
  • Collaborate and coordinate projects with application engineers, technical program managers, system administrators, and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive portfolio of technical projects and multi-quarter roadmap for third-party/first-party integration development and process improvement.
