We are seeking a self-motivated Office/Administrative Assistant to join our team!
In this role, you will provide support to our offi ce employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include primarily assisting our Leading Sales Manager to ensure a smooth flow of day to day tasks. The flow of sales and daily tasks shifts day to day, during slow times ; other tasks may be deligated. The ideal candidate is highly organized, ready to learn and has a friendly demeanor.
Prior knowledge of the industry is not required—what truly matters is having a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Sales Team Assistant: Provide administrative and operational support to our leading sales manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the achievement of sales goals. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between team members and clients on occasion.
Data Entry : Inputting measurements, material orders, and project details into the company's database or software systems.
Phone Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
Office Management: Organizing and maintaining offi ce fi les, records, and documents related to stone fabrication projects.
Organize meetings and take accurate Notes.Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately. Cleaning and other various duties when there are slow moments in the day.
Marketing Assistance: Helping with social media updates, promotional materials, or showroom organization to attract new clients.
Other Various Resposibilities: Assiting in maintaining the stone remnant yard and inventory. Walking the remnant yard with potential clients and selecting appropriate material for smaller countertop projects. The day to day tasks vary!

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training/experience is preferred
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as landline phones, printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Preferred
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
