Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems and technology into the production environment. This role spans the full QA lifecycle—planning, documentation, execution, validation, and approval—leveraging both manual and automated testing tools.

You will play a critical role in verifying that products meet business requirements and performance standards by monitoring key QA metrics such as defect counts, test results, and test status. The role also involves issue identification, documentation, and working closely with development and business teams for effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor QA Analysts and offshore testing teams.
• Stay current on QA best practices and act as a QA thought leader.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for QA programs.
• Provide QA training and support continuous learning initiatives.
• Review 3rd party testing efforts for quality and compliance.
• Lead QA efforts across projects and business applications.
• Design and execute manual and automated test strategies and scripts.
• Document test results and assist in resolving issues.
• Support integration and regression testing across multiple platforms (e.g., SAP, EWM, Service Cloud).
• Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Utilize DevOps, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.
• Maintain QA dashboards and metrics reporting.
• Mentor team members and support succession planning.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on QA experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Solid time management and attention to detail.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM).
• Strategic thinker with workshop and presentation capabilities.
• Experience mentoring and working with global/offshore teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience with large enterprise systems such as SAP, JDA, or Manhattan.
• Background in regression, performance, and automation testing.
• SAFe Agile certification.
• Experience with Service Cloud and EWM.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple QA teams.

Location: Miramar, FL - Hybrid

Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH (Monday/Friday)
