What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists (RBTs) to deliver effective therapy.
• Monitor progress, update treatment goals, and adapt strategies as needed.
• Train caregivers to implement behavior strategies for consistency.
• Work collaboratively with families, educators, and team members to drive meaningful outcomes.
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• BCBA Certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• 1+ year experience in in-home ABA therapy (preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
