Projects
- Capital and Disposable Product Development (PD) design/testing assistance
- Perform design tasks such as assisting with specification authoring, design detailing and mechanical prototyping/assembly
- Author test protocols and reports in support of PD efforts
- Perform testing to support PD efforts
- Participate in daily scrum meetings and support PD daily needs from cross functional group
- Assist PD with quality related improvement and mitigations
- Manufacturing
- Support manufacturing engineering by assisting with data analysis, such as SPC (applied statistics) and COPQ analysis
- Assist with the refinement of Manufacturing procedures and forms
- Assist with manufacturing equipment development and testing
- Development of jigs/fixtures as required
- Usability and human factors engineering projects
- Coding uFMEA risk analysis in Helix ALM project management software
- Reviewing all the warnings, cautions, and notes in the Instructions For Use (IFU), training videos, and software and mapping them to uFMEA lines.
- Image processing, software, test method development, requirements management experience. Eye for detailed work.
