With the real estate industry undergoing major change, MoxiWorks seeks to redefine accessibility, usability, and utility of sales and marketing software used by real estate brokerages and their agents.
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of People (Director/Senior Director) for our dynamic and growing company with a global team of over 250. As the Head of People, you will be a critical member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports our global, distributed workforce. You will lead all aspects of HR, including recruiting, employee experience, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. You will play a key role in building a culture of engagement, collaboration, and high performance.
The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, looking to make their mark, and is strong generalist, operational HR leader.
This position is a hybrid role working from our Bellevue office 3 days/week and reports to the CFO.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a people strategy that supports the company’s growth and business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and scalability.
- Oversee the recruitment process for employees and contractors, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs.
- Create and manage performance management processes that drive employee growth and development
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
- Champion our company values and ensure they are reflected in all people practices.
- Design and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and career development.
- Identify and address training needs across the organization.
- Support leadership development.
- Manage the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Oversee contractor compensation and payment processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations globally.
- Manage HR systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee contractor compliance.
- Manage and support a globally distributed workforce of both employees and contractors.
- Navigate varying international labor laws.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably some in a growth start-up, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing people strategies in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Experience managing both employee and contractor workforces.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics; Rippling experience desired.
- Experience working for a tech company is a plus.
- Experience with international HR is a must.
