What You Will Be Doing

• Creating AI-Driven Systems: Architecting and deploying AI-powered operational frameworks that enhance efficiency while maintaining high educational standards at scale.
• Strategic Insight Delivery: Utilizing AI tools to provide the founder with real-time strategic insights, uncovering growth potential, and preemptively addressing risks.
• Leadership Across Departments: Overseeing extensive, cross-functional operational portfolios to ensure smooth AI integration throughout the organization.
• Direct AI Application: Employing technical expertise to integrate systems, execute API calls, and automate complex processes—delegation of technical tasks is not part of this role.
• Pursuing Operational Perfection: Instituting AI-driven quality assurance systems to ensure the consistent execution of our academic model across various sites.

Vice President Operations Key Responsibilities

Engineer and execute AI-enhanced operational frameworks and automated systems that facilitate scalable growth and ensure consistent delivery of 2 Hour Learning's academic model, while offering actionable, data-driven strategic insights to the founder.

Basic Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in scaling multi-location enterprises (education, luxury retail, hospitality, or healthcare).
• Background with a leading management consulting firm (such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
• Expertise in the practical and technical application of AI tools; must successfully complete a rigorous assessment involving AI-driven business process automation.
• Experience transforming operational processes into AI-centric systems with proven technical implementation (coding, API integrations, automation).
• Proven history managing large-scale, cross-functional operational portfolios, driving strategic transformation, and delivering top-level business outcomes.
• Demonstrated capacity to develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, specifically translating complex operational data into clear, actionable executive insights.
• Located in the United States and open to traveling 30% of the time to various campus locations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
