- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services and Bizmoni ecosystem-related sectors.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with potential partners and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with overall company strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that benefit the organization and align with strategic objectives.
- Manage and track the progress of business development initiatives and report on performance metrics.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in financial services.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Familiarity with FinTech / Edu Tech/ E-com products, services, and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
