Description of Position: Assistant Property Managers work with an outstanding team of property managers and leasing specialists for multiple sites. On-the-job training for this position includes leasing, finance, and general property management with the expectation that you will advance into the property management position.

Description of Position: Assistant Property Managers work with an outstanding team of property managers and leasing specialists for multiple sites. - A Bachelors’ degree is preferred, but not required if there is relevant experience
- Affordable housing industry experience is a plus, however, we will consider candidates with diverse skills and backgrounds
- Must be able to lift and transport various materials weighing up to 30lbs
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance
