What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients with kindness, manage the waiting room, and coordinate care for a seamless experience.
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments using our clinic software.
- Handle patient balances, collect co-pays, and verify insurance.
- Explain office policies clearly and compassionately.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with a smile.
- People-First: You radiate a positive, healthy, and caring attitude that puts everyone at ease.
- Eager Learner: You’re quick to pick up new skills and excited to grow with us.
- Great Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills, with a knack for customer service.
- Tech-Comfortable: Familiarity with computers is helpful (we’ll teach you our scheduling software).
- Health-Curious: You’re interested in health and wellness, aligning with our mission.
- Extra Awesome: Fluency in Spanish, Ukrainian/Russian, Arabic, or Punjabi is a big plus, reflecting our diverse community. Credentials like MAA or MA are also welcome but not required.
