Role Overview

As an Event Coordinator, you'll ensure flawless execution of our clients' most precious celebrations. Your attention to detail, confident communication skills, and dedication to excellence will create unforgettable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead wedding rehearsals with professionalism and precision
  • Orchestrate ceremony processionals and recessionals
  • Execute reception coordination tasks to maintain perfect event flow
  • Collaborate with our banquet team to deliver outstanding service
  • Maintain impeccable venue presentation and organization
  • Client Relations: Build strong connections with clients by understanding their desires and transforming their wedding dreams into reality at extraordinary venues.
  • Timely Communication: Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours. We believe in providing quick and efficient service—because who enjoys waiting?
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with internal vendors to enhance the bridal experience, leveraging your knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products to impress clients and become their trusted resource for all things wedding-related.
  • Planning Meetings: Organize planning meetings, collect event details, and adhere to the sales process to ensure a structured approach.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Food and beverage background preferred
  • Certifications: TABC and ServSafe Food Handlers (required)
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Character: Demonstrate extreme ownership, genuine enthusiasm, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Communication: Project confidence while maintaining positive interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and remain on your feet for 8-12 hour shifts
  • Pre-Employment: Must pass background check and drug screening


Compensation & Schedule

  • Position: Part-time (Weekends & Evenings)
  • Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
  • Benefits: 401(k) plan with generous 4% company match
