The Customer Service Specialist – OES & Distributor Support is responsible for supporting OES customers and distributors by ensuring smooth logistics, order fulfillment, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide exceptional customer service to OES customers and distributors, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Resolve issues related to sales orders, purchase orders, and failed deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage master data, including customer addresses and product information, and ensure system accuracy.
- Collaborate with distributors using order management software to minimize delays and manage supply chain disruptions.
- Generate and manage reports in Salesforce, Zendesk, and Monday.com, tracking orders and customer data.
- Identify process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
To succeed as a Specialist, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain preferred).
- 5+ years of customer service experience, ideally in OES/OEM business, distribution, or logistics.
- Strong technical skills in Excel, ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce), and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams, customers, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage data accurately.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs, work independently, and provide leadership support within the team.
