The Marketing Associate position will support the marketing efforts for branding and strategies to grow and expand Copperweld Brands and their audiences. The position is located in Brentwood, TN.


WHAT we need you to do.

  • Design, develop and implement marketing campaigns to support multiple brands.
  • Monitor progress and results of marketing initiatives.
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing collateral including content for brochures, website, blogs, etc.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Manage social media accounts for the company, including creating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
  • Coordinate and plan trade shows and merchandising apparel program for Copperhead business unit.
  • Develop social media templates, product presentations, and communications to be implements across multiple sites.
  • Work cross-functionally with different departments and locations to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.


WHAT you need to possess.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience. A manufacturing background is preferrable but not required.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proven expertise in designing and developing sales and marketing training materials.
  • Mastery of social media management and a passion for creating engaging content with a passion for visual storytelling.
  • A self-motivated, adaptable go-getter attitude with a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with teams.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
