We are actively seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic in our Assembly Department, reporting to the Manager of Fabrication and Assembly.

Sheet Metal Mechanics assemble helicopters and its sub-assemblies using a variety of tools in accordance with manufacturing procedures and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA.
Sheet Metal Mechanic
Essential Functions & Competencies
- Ability to assemble helicopters and its sub-assemblies with pneumatic tools, hand tools, drill presses, sheet metal rollers, stationary foot shears, and band saws.
- Familiarity and competency with measuring tools such as torque wrenches, scales, and calipers used in the manufacturing process to meet blueprint specifications.
- Perform trimming, forming, aligning, mating, fitting, and straightening on sheet metal and fiberglass. Basic knowledge of precision drilling, and installation of rivets and fasteners.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and geometric tolerances.
- Basic mathematic skills include but are not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and algebra for calculating material fabrication.
- Must be capable of using calipers and basic measuring tools.
- Full compliance with the Company’s DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
