As Vice President, you manage the entire business of the Western Region, oversee sales and service goals, budgets, results, and personnel decisions. Anton Paar USA is a for-profit sales and service organization in the Anton Paar Group, privately owned by the charitable Santner Foundation with its headquarters in Graz, Austria.

Your responsibilities include:

• Accountability for Profitability and Goals of the Western Region
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
• Managing sales and expense budgets
• Recruiting, hiring, and developing staff
• Preparing sales reports

Skills and qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields
• 5 years of management experience in sales or service
• 5 years of experience in sales or service, preferably in a related industry
• Ability to travel up to 25% throughout the US with focus on the Western Region
• Valid driver's license and passport
