- Diagnoses and repairs PC hardware; loads and configures PC operating systems and applications from network resources following established procedures to ensure maximum uptime for end users.
- Installs and tests PC hardware and peripherals and demonstrates the correct usage of these items in order to ensure correct hardware operation and user’s understanding.
- Images PC’s, Troubleshoots SCCU software with Team members and engages vendor support if needed.
- Provides second-level support for more complex issues that cannot be resolve by the help desk. Develops methods and processes to resolve common problems or limitations of systems in order to ensure timely and adequate follow-up. Documents problems and solutions in problem management database to provide a future reference for successful trouble resolution.
- Ability to travel to remote locations to perform repairs and installations of equipment and software in order to meet internal team member’s needs. Provides after-hours support as scheduled in order to resolve internal team member’s questions and/or problems.
- Coordinates the installation of and/or installs low voltage wiring through ceilings and walls. Terminates low voltage cables for computer or telephone equipment as directed.
- Diagnoses, troubleshoots, perform repairs, performs maintenance, and maintains excellent service levels of our Audio Video environment
- 1 to 3 years prior experience in a computer-related technical support position is required
- A two year college degree or specialized course study or equivalent experience is required.
- Work requires infrequent heavy physical exertion and effort. Forces exerted are equivalent to lifting between 25 and 50 pounds. The need for physical stamina and endurance is great. The degree of physical strain produced on the job is high. Work could involve the coordination of body movements involving various body postures.
- Must have reliable transportation.

Technician Hours
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday - Friday and some weekend work as needed. Flexible scheduling is also available.
