- Foster clear communication across departments to ensure alignment and project continuity
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
- Experience supporting or managing operational or administrative projects
- Comfortable navigating organizational systems and handling confidential materials
- Ability to create and manage detailed project workflows and timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
