We are a well-established, mid-sized contractor specializing in general contracting services for Property Management companies and HOAs. Our work spans condominiums, retail spaces, and other properties, ensuring quality repairs and

renovations. We are looking for a Restoration/Renovation Service Tech to join our team and handle a variety of service tasks.

We're looking for a reliable and skilled Restoration/Renovation Service Tech to join our team! If you are someone who enjoys problem solving, working with your hands, and tackling a variety of technical challenges, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Conduct leak investigations and identify root causes
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs on-site
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Must have 2+ years of restoration, mitigation, and/or renovation experience with existing construction
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Experience in diagnostics, repairs, or maintenance work
• A self-starter who takes pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to be on call occasionally, as needed

On-Call & Emergency Service

We operate 24/7 emergency services, requiring employees to be on-call for 3-4 days approximately once every 3-4 weeks. Emergency calls are compensated at 1.5x or 2x the normal rate, depending on the day.
