Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support and amplify our marketing strategies across platforms. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Director of Marketing, helping bring campaigns to life that inspire, inform, and connect families to the life-changing care they deserve.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are exceeded
• Serve as the go-to liaison between our internal marketing team and external partners, agencies, and vendors
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data dashboards and marketing KPIs
• Support content creation and creative brainstorming, working closely with designers, copywriters, and team leads
• Help manage day-to-day tasks including asset organization, scheduling, and budget tracking
• Assist in overseeing social media accounts: curate content, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and flag trends
  
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in marketing coordination, project management, or similar roles
• Exceptional Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and time management skills—you’re a confident communicator and task juggler
• Proficient in marketing software tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
• Comfortable working in a tech-forward, remote/hybrid environment
  
  
  

Bonus Points (Preferred but not required):

• Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience running digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Background in healthcare, therapy, or a passion for working with neurodiverse communities
