Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Management Intern to assist our project management team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about various aspects of construction management, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects
• Support project managers in tracking project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Conduct site visits to observe construction processes and safety protocols
• Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on project strategies
• Research materials, methods, and technologies to improve project efficiency
• Assist with quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong interest in the construction industry and project management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management software is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
