Photocentric Group is an award-winning manufacturer based in Avondale, AZ, US, and the UK. We are innovators of 3D printers, resin, and worldwide leaders in craft stamp manufacturing.

We are looking to hire confident and energetic Production Technicians. As a Production Technician, you will operate all production equipment in accordance with SOPs. The work environment is fast-paced and high-energy. You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about what they do.

Schedule

• 8.0 - 10 hour shift, depending on role/department
• Monday - Friday or rotating 4x10, depending on department
• 05.00am to 1.30pm or 05:00am to 3:30pm (for 4x10 schedule)
• Overtime when necessary.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to operate all stamp production equipment per standard procedures.
• Create a positive work environment where everyone can perform at their very best.
• Understand all relevant KPIs and drive to meet/exceed targets.
• Meet safety, production goals, quality, and cost initiatives.
• All other duties as assigned.
  
  

Skills And Experience Required

• Ability to run the production equipment with best manufacturing practices within Lean Operating System Context.
• Strong bias for action and sense of urgency.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good team Player.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule in order to meet production and customer needs.
