Logistics Coordinator – Air Department
Location: On-site at our Deerfield Beach office
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, with rotating evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Logistics Coordinator – Air Department

Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to advance your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? Sciens Logistics, a 24/7 freight forwarding company, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Air Department team in Deerfield Beach.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage logistics operations.
- Handle shipment documentation, compliance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with international shipments is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule.
