Reporting to the Environmental Services (EVS) Director, this position assists the EVS Director in maintaining a high-quality standard by keeping him/her informed on the condition of all assigned areas and by training, supervising, and motivating the environmental services personnel to be sure all schedules are completed. Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
- Three or more years of related experience in a Health Care facility preferred.
- Three years of lead/supervisory/management experience highly desired.
- Training in and good knowledge of environmental control practices and procedures desired.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Windows, Office and Outlook required.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) speaking, reading, writing desired.
