Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to comply with OSHA regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and resources to employees on safety practices and emergency procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety compliance on all job sites.
• Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead safety meetings and promote a proactive safety culture among all employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management within the construction industry.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage and inspire teams.
• Ability to analyze safety data and develop actionable plans.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
