Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape maintenance, installation, and construction projects.
- Oversee and support field crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Monitor daily job site activities and address issues promptly to maintain productivity.
- Communicate effectively with clients, crew leads, and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Help manage materials, scheduling, and labor to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide guidance to crews.
- 1-2 years of experience in the landscape industry (required).
- Experience in maintenance, installation, and/or landscape construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and job sites.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
