Marketing Intern

Quest Food Management Services is seeking an energetic and self-motivated intern to work at our Lombard, Illinois office (2 days in office and 2 days remote per week). This is a great opportunity to gain valuable graphic design and general Marketing department experience and contribute to a rapidly growing business while having fun with a very supportive team. Responsibilities

• Design on-site collateral materials and menus for partner schools and business units.
• Develop social media content and design as needed, including photography and video elements, and assist with management of social media planning calendar and postings.
• Collaborate with team on brand guide & key messaging documents and incorporate those standards in all design projects.
• Support new partner website platform including module design and dashboard implementation.
• Support tradeshow design elements and strategy for engagement and lead generation.
• Create a Back-to-School campaign for partner schools, to drive unit sales and increase participation in the food service program.
• Support creative and design needs for the Managers Annual Meeting and provide on-site technical and administrative assistance.
  
  

Qualifications

• College student preferred, pursuing degree in graphic design or related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe InDesign & Photoshop required with design portfolio samples available.
• Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills.
• Social media proficiency & posting experience required.
• Excellent communicator and team player with enthusiasm to learn.
• Reliable, self-starter with confident and creative viewpoint.
• Photography and videography experience a plus.
• Access to personal computer and Adobe programs to be used for design projects.
