What You’ll Be Doing:

Accurately process vehicle billing and contracts

Prepare funding packets and stay on top of finance submissions

Ensure all documentation is 100% accurate (titles, DMV paperwork, etc.)

Work hand-in-hand with our sales and finance team

Keep everything organized and compliant — you're the detail guru!

Troubleshoot and follow up on funding issues as needed

What You Bring to the Table:

Previous dealership billing/contract experience is a big plus

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling tasks

Familiar with dealership software (CDK experience? Even better!)
