Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Responsibilities And Requirements

• Performing general maintenance in apartments, hallways, buildings, and common areas.
• Handling basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related repairs.
• Repairing and replacing appliances as needed.
• Conducting minor plaster, paint, carpentry, and cabinetry repairs.
• Maintaining garage doors, fences, siding, and roofs.
• Responding to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Taking the initiative to handle things as you see them without being asked.
• Assisting with resident events both during and after business hours.
• Participating in rotating after-hours on-call coverage (approximately one week every four weeks, with additional pay and bonuses).
• Assisting with resident events both during and after business hours.
• Participate in the after-hours emergency on-call maintenance rotation, no more than one week out of four.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• A company maintenance van will be provided during work and on-call hours.
• Eligible for an on-call bonus of $250 for regular weeks and $300 for holiday weeks plus OT Pay for all on-call hours worked during regular weeks and DT for all on-call hours worked during holiday weeks.
