Who We Are Looking For

Are you the Outpatient Clinician we have been looking for? In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by working with individuals of all aged, also their support networks and families!

JRI’s Community Based Services division provides care to individuals with significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs. Services focus on an individual to find their optimum success in the home, school/work, and community. In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by supporting this mission. Our staff provide services in the communities where the people we serve live, utilizing strength-based and needs-driven choices, offering a team-based approach collaboration with the people we work with that is grounded in culturally competent, individualized services and the use of evidence-based practices.

Salary: $ 60,000 - $ 70,000

Bilingual a plus!! We offer a $5000 bilingual bonus to any candidate who speaks, reads, and writes in a different language other than English, and provides therapy in an outpatient clinic setting!

JRI Provides The Training So That

  • YOU will be able to provide in person outpatient therapy to children and adults through in person clinic services, as well as telehealth.
  • YOU will support individuals in becoming their best selves within the structure of their home and communities.
  • YOU will work with clients with a variety of diagnostic profiles to explore the treatment modalities that work best for each client. Therapy styles may include individual, couples or family therapy in the outpatient setting.
  • YOU will provide culturally competent, trauma informed, confidential clinical services that place the needs of the client at the center of your practice.
  • YOU will serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team that works together to find the best and most effective methods of guiding and supporting clients within the community. With this team you will participate in client treatment, case conferences and discharge meetings.
